Best Downtown Asheville Loft

The host was great. We had a clogged shower drain and he came himself to fix the same day we called, which was New Years Day!!

My friend and I were in Ashville for a lady's trip to the Biltmore ahead of Christmas. We couldn't have found a better place to stay! Walking to a ton of great restaurants and shops. Parking was easy at meters and a parking lot within sight of building. We felt comfortable and safe. The kitchen had everything we needed; and, it was great to have a washer/dryer in the apartment. The living room furniture was comfortable and made for a great place to unwind after a busy day. Would definitely stay here again.

Property manager was very communicative. Apartment was very conveniently located and nicely decorated. However, the reason I rated it a 3 instead of a 5 is that the heat was very uneven. The living area was too cold and the bedrooms were too warm. Because of the way the ductwork was run across the ceiling, we could do nothing to control it. We had to wrap up in blankets to sit in the living room comfortably and then we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open because the bedrooms were too hot. This was unfortunate, because we otherwise liked the apartment.

We were very pleased with this property! First it is beautifully decorated and well appointed. Everything in the house was quality; especially the kitchen even though we were too busy to really utilize it. We felt very secure as it took 4 different codes at each access point. It was also amazingly convenient to outstanding restaurants and a delicious bakery, also minutes to The Biltmore and close to other sites we visited. The host was very responsive to our questions and I would definitely recommend. If we’re in Asheville again, I would plan to stay at this amazing property.
